Does my order include a dimmer or a remote control?

In the first version, dimmer or remote control are not included in the delivery.

Could the light be dimmed without a separate dimmer?

The dimmable lamps of the first version can be dimmed without a remote control. You can just plug it into the mains and it works in three positions: 30%, 60% and 100%. To switch modes, you must click the switch again within 2 seconds.

Are the lights dimmable? Are the hexagon lights brightness adjustable?

Yes, we have two different dimmable versions of Hexagon LED lights available:

The first version has three different light outputs: full brightness (100%), medium output (60%) and low output (30%).

In another new version, the brightness of the light can be adjusted evenly between 0 and 100%. 👉🏼Check out the new version

How long does hexagon led last?

The lifespan of Hexagon LED lamps is up to 50,000 hours.

Why doesn't the led light light up?

An LED light can sometimes stop working for many different reasons, such as inadequate installation or an outdated electrical system.

Can it be installed on the wall in the washroom?

Hexagon LED lights are not recommended to be installed in washrooms on walls where there may be splashes of water.

What is the IP rating of the Hexagon light element?

IP54.

Can I install the Hexagon LED lamp myself?

Most hexagon LED lights can be installed yourself, but the final answer depends on the exact design of the light and installation requirements. In general, many household LED lights are designed to be relatively easy to install and require only basic electrical and installation skills.
