RIGHT OF RETURN

Stylebox offers a 14-day full right of return for its products. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to return your product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. Unused and in its original packaging.
To finalize the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND OF PAYMENT

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you when the refund is accepted or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically added to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

MAKING A RETURN

If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return the products. In this case, you should register the return to us and stick a sticker with the return address on top of the package.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Pack the returned products in a box and stick the return card on top of the box. Carefully pack the products in their original packaging. You can use more than the original Stylebox cardboard box to send the products - the most important thing is that the products are well protected. Attach a label showing the shipping address on top of the package. If you are using the original Stylebox , also make sure that the old address information is not visible.

Take the package to Posti's return point
Posti returns must be left at a Posti service point. Keep the return receipt you get from the service point.


Credit
We will refund the price of the products you returned once we have received and processed your return. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return has been successfully registered.
